Joy Raj Tudu
I am an extrovert and am always fascinated by people who can speak their mind out. I have always worked in a team and have the conscience of taking initiative in any kind of positive work. I will always be a learner wherever I may be and am equally practical towards the realities of life.
As an effective volunteer in the development sector for the past several years representing one of the marginalised communities in India, I have been able to efficiently represent, advocate and project the plight of the Adivasis in India and in the international forums.
At present I am a part of the Church of North India-Synodical Board of Social Services (CNI-SBSS) and am with the ‘Jharkhand Initiative Desk’ at the Resource Centre for Social Action on ‘Tribal Identity and Indigenous Rights’ in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

congrats joy!
i think this is a place where all the adivasis can make a direct interaction seriously that can lead to a strong bond with our adivasi communities all over the country. this will really help all our adivasi friends all to come up with all issues concerning our existance and solidarity.
my best compliments for ur brilliant initiative. thanks.

Hi man,
Its wonderful to learn so many things about the hor hopon (adivasis) through your documents. We can do more on this matter by building up better coordination among likeminded org / people. Go ahed.

Dear Joy, It is indeed a very-2 big personal efforts on your part for which you need to be congragulated from each of us who belong to adivasi community. I often think, will we be able to maintain our culture and traditions because day by day we are spreading to various parts of the country for employment etc. Government has alredy divided us by creating Chattisgarh, Jharkahad, Orissa etc. A large chunk of our community are now settled in North Eastern Region and Andaman and Nicobar islands. I was too born and brought up in Andamans where we are successful in maintaining our culture and traditions to a large extent our language. I sincerely hope such an effort will certainly unite us because to day world is a mini village due to communications facilities. I have one small suggestion- LET US CALL OUSELVES CHOTANAGPURI ADIVASIS WHICH will cetainly blow away the state boundaries from our mind.
